PANEL SIZING

Often the front line of production, the capacity and quality of the Panel Sizing process within a business like ours is paramount. Almost every panel we produce passes through one of our 3 Beam Saw’s at least once during the production process and the finish needs to be flawless but also flexible enough to enable us to handle a wide variety of materials in either large or small volumes.

Holzma HPL 23/43 Rear Loading Beam Saw

The Holzma HPL 23 is a rear loading saw configured mainly for precision sizing of decorative boards such as Melamine faced Chipboard, MF MDF, Veneered boards and any raw core board. Down time on this machine is kept to a minimum as the packs of material can be loaded onto one of the two rollers at the rear whilst the machine is in operation cutting the previous job.
