New Arrival - Schelling Saw
I am pleased to confirm that we have taken delivery of the New Schelling Saw, our latest acquisition in the search for the best machine technology available. The Schelling Saw is, in our opinion, a more powerful and efficient machine than our existing Holzma Saws, incorporating the latest innovative technology to give us the highest precision possible along with increased productivity.

With a Saw blade projection of 185mm our cutting book height is increased by 60% to 160mm whilst quality of finish is improved by the 6.2mm saw kerf to give a vibration free saw cut.
Boards are positioned on the rear table by an automatic vacuum feeder which incorporates a board separation device (to allow the flexibility to cut either MFC or Laminate board) after which the entire book can be aligned and turned automatically for Head Cuts. Whilst one cutting pattern is being processed, the vacuum feeder will prepare the next book for production so there is minimal waiting time between patterns.
