Our material offer

High quality CNC components manufactured from your detailed technical drawings on time and on budget in either:

  • Solid grade laminate – from Polyrey, Formica, Trespa, & Abet.
  • High Pressure Laminated Panels – from any UK specified HPL supplier bonded on common core materials such as MDF, Chipboard & Plywood.
  • Melamine Faced MDF & Chipboard – from Kronospan, Egger, Polyrey and Caberboard to name but a few.

HTM63 Worktop elements

Starbank are one of the UK’s largest manufacturers of Health Technical Memorandum 63 worktops. With a full 55mm bullnose and integrated 50mm postformed upstand this style and specification of postforming can be found in major hospitals, health centres and surgeries around the UK.
