GOODS IN PROCEDURES

• We advise all major full load deliveries of MFC / Raw board or Laminate be booked in with our Transport Supervisor Anthony Darbyshire on :
  01925 223965 ext 230 or tony@starbank-uk.com
• Deliveries will be accepted Mon - Thurs from 8.00am - 4.00pm and 3.00pm on Friday
• Deliveries outside these hours by special arrangement only
• Please note that as we operate to strict Chain of Custody procedures and guidelines  all necessary paperwork, and pack labelling where appropriate, will be subject to thorough identification.
• Loads that are inappropriately protected / stacked and/or damaged will not be accepted or unloaded for health and safety and quality control purposes.

COLLECTION PROCEDURES

• Please advise and confirm with your account manager that you can collect at least 24 hours before arrival on site regarding finished components. This gives the necessary time for your paperwork and goods to be thoroughly checked and avoids on site delays for both parties.
• Please ensure your vehicles are suitable to carry the components you are collecting as Starbank cannot be held liable for subsequent damage that can occur once goods are signed for. This is your responsibility. Please refer to our terms and conditions of sale.
• Starbank reserve the right to deny collection and turn any vehicle away that is deemed dangerous or not suitable to carry said goods for health and safety and quality purposes.
