We have had a need to profile edge chipboard, mdf and plywood for postforming purposes for many years now. With compact grade laminate also coming on in leaps and bounds from Polyrey, Formica and Trespa for the cubicle, locker and leisure markets and with the continued investment in Schools of the Future demand for Laboratory Worktops has seen this area become increasing busy so we approached Homag to manufacture a bespoke, one of kind machine configured to our requirements. |
Such is our relationship with Homag this was a fairly easy task - the resulting FR10 machine line meeting and exceeding our requirements.
Capable of offering through feed profile sanding, grooving, rebating and shaping to all wood based panel products and solid grade laminates this line has enabled us to become more productive whilst maximising quality.
We are only scratching the surface with regards to the capabilities of this truly bespoke machine so whether your requirements are table tops, compact grade laminate components or post formed items, you can be assured that we can offer the ultimate in performance and reliability. |
