Edge profiling and grooving

We have offered profiled edge chipboard, MDF and plywood for postforming purposes for many years now. With compact grade laminate also coming on in leaps and bounds from Polyrey, Formica and Trespa and strong market demand in the cubicle, locker and leisure sectors as well as lab worktops, this area has become increasingly busy in recent years so we approached Homag to manufacture a bespoke, one of kind machine configured to our requirements.

Such is our relationship with Homag this was a fairly easy task - the resulting FR10 machine line meeting and exceeding our requirements. Capable of offering through feed profile sanding, grooving, rebating and shaping to all wood based panel products and solid grade laminates this line has enabled us to become more productive whilst maximising quality.
