As well as a massive range of cubicles and partitions we also produce a variety of different components in the following three key areas:

Ducting Systems

Our IPS components create the perfect finish to any washroom. Our duct panelling options are available in three different performance levels (note that all softwood framework is
supplied by third party manufacturers):

  • MR MFC with 2mm ABS Edging
  • 18mm MR Core with HPL finished with 2mm ABS Edging, matching laminate edge or postformed edges to
    two edges with the others finished with laminate or 2mm ABS
  • 12mm Compact Grade Laminate finished with a slight bullnose profile
  • 10mm Compact Grade Laminate with postformed edge to the two vertical edges

Our duct panelling does more than just conceal pipe-work and services– it completes your washrooms look. Unlike off the shelf systems, our duct panels are tailor-made to site dimensions giving you more design choice when it comes to the overall finish.

IPS Panels can be full height, floor to ceiling or low level and with a choice of shadow band gaps giving you even more influence on the overall finished product. You can also choose from close-butted panels which create a clean finish and make unauthorised access more difficult or alternatively minimal shadow bands giving greater design influence.

Shadow band options allow the finished product to meet the requirements of its environment. These options include 4mm plywood faced with HPL to one side, 18mm MR MDF or Plywood with HPL to one side and 12mm Compact with dual faces.

Vanity systems

Our vanities are available in two different performance levels (note that all tops are supplied with sink cut outs as an optional extra). Aquaform 10mm Compact offers a cost effective option where a more durable product is required. This option also allows greater flexibility on sink selection with the ability to have surface mounted counter and semi-recessed sinks or under-mounted sinks for a cleaner overall finish. HPL on an 18mm MR Core gives a greater range of colours, decors and wood grains to complement the overall appearance of your washroom.

In terms of frame panels (note that all softwood framework is supplied by third party manufacturers), in order to optimise your budget we are able to offer three different performance levels when it comes to the front, side and access panels required to complete your vanity unit system. All three options provide CNC’d front panels for integration with the access panels simplifying the installation process.

  • MR MFC is our most cost efficient option utilising MR MFC finished with a 2mm ABS edging.
  • 18mm MR Core with HPL allows for a greater selection of colours to complement your washroom appearance, finished with either Laminate edging, 2mm ABS edging or with two edges postformed and the other with either laminate or 2mm ABS.
  • 12/13mm Compact is our most durable option giving a cost effective option in the most demanding environments.
